My Mission
My goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are; messy, uncertain, hopeful, or somewhere in between. I believe growth starts with honesty, compassion, and a little bit of courage. My goal is to help you understand yourself on a deeper level, untangle the stuff that keeps you stuck, and learn to move through life with more confidence, clarity, and self-kindness.
My Approach
Therapy with me is real, honest, and human. I don’t sit behind a blank stare or act like I have all the answers; because I don’t. We’ll figure things out together. I show up with warmth, curiosity, and a healthy dose of honesty (with kindness always leading the way).
I pull from approaches like CBT, ACT, and mindfulness, but what really matters is you. Together, we’ll explore your patterns, thoughts, and emotions in a way that helps you make sense of your experiences and create real, lasting change.
